Privacy Policy (“Policy”) will help you understand how we collect, use and protect any personal information we have about
you.

we collect and process personal information necessary for interactions with
Chosen Few Software (“CFS”) and Super Patrick (“Game”) services. We do not
share your information with any third party, and do not sell it. We encourage
you to review this policy carefully to ensure that there are no
misunderstandings, and you may contact us about any questions or concerns you

Chosen Few Software and we fully respect any and all
concerns our users have with regards to it. Please do not hesitate to contact

This Policy applies to all users
of and interactions with CFS and Game services whenever we process or collect
any information about you to enable a full Game experience, including features
such as multiplayer. In all cases, we collect personal information about you in
accordance with the principles outlined in this Policy and applicable law.

None of the information listed
above is shared with any third party, and is only used in communications with
Google, Google Play, Firebase (a Google service), and Chosen Few Software to
fulfil the Game’s social multiplayer feature.
In addition to collecting these
data with the informed consent of the user, the Game will request access to the
following features of your device’s hardware / operating system:
· USE_CREDENTIALS permission – The ability to access
device stored credentials for purposes of authorization and authentication.
· INTERNET – The ability to transmit and receive data
over a computer network for purposes of enabling social Game features such as
multiplayer.
We store personal information
about you on computer systems at our hosting provider that ensures data
security and integrity as a guarantee of its Service Level Agreement (SLA). We
store your data indefinitely. However, if you would like for us to remove your
data from our systems, or if you would like to request a copy of all data we
store about you, please refer to the section below.
In accordance with many
different privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA and CPRA, we are determined to give
our users full control over their data. To enable this right, we want any users
that would like to have their data as stored by CFS either deleted permanently

At this time, CFS provides no
automated system that fulfils this purpose, so each inquiry will be treated on
